Archived forms stop accepting submissions and can be restored later. **Form Responses in Coach Emails** The email you get when someone submits a form now lists their answers inline, so you can read a new submission at a glance without opening the dashboard. *** ## Scheduling **Quick Add from the Calendar** Add a coach or resource to a session directly from the calendar's click view — one less trip into the scheduler editor. *** ## Bug Fixes & Stability We shipped a round of fixes this cycle across scheduling, payments, credits, forms, the website builder, the inbox, and the native app. ## Scheduling **Multiple Resources per Scheduler** You can now attach more than one resource to a single scheduler. When a session is booked, every attached resource is reserved for that time slot — ideal for sessions that need several spaces at once, like a team practice across multiple batting cages. [Learn more →](/scheduling/resources) **Overlapping Session Slots** A new **Allow overlapping slots within this session** option lets a scheduler offer start times that overlap a session already in progress, with a **Slot Cadence** control for how often start times appear (every 5–60 minutes or custom). Great for staggered starts and rolling sessions. Two toggles — **Hide site header on this page** and **Hide site footer on this page** — let you build focused landing pages, sales pages, or onboarding flows without nav distractions. Turn on **Schedule charges for later** in the product builder and set a first charge date — the card is saved at checkout and charged automatically on that day. Clients aren't charged until the trial ends, unless they cancel first. Turn on **Add an initial down payment** in the product builder and set the amount — the client pays the down payment plus the first billing cycle up front, then the recurring price each cycle after. Great for enrollment or registration fees on memberships. Add a **Custom Field** from the Contact Info category, pick which custom field it maps to, and (with login required) submissions populate that field on the athlete's profile automatically. [Learn more →](/forms/creating-forms) *** ## Inbox **Mark Conversations as Unread** Right-click any conversation in your Inbox and choose **Mark as unread** to flag it for follow-up. It resurfaces under the Unread filter until you reopen it. (Desktop only.) Go to any athlete's profile and click **Block or Remove** in the left sidebar to choose between removing them from a group or blocking them from your entire organization. Blocked athletes are tracked under **Settings** → **Blocklist**, where you can manage or undo blocks at any time. You can also pre-emptively block someone by email before they join. [Learn more →](/people/block-and-remove-athletes) *** ## Inbox **Unread Filter** A new Unread filter in the [Inbox](/inbox/inbox-overview) lets you surface conversations with unread messages instantly — no more scanning the full list to find what needs a response. *** ## Website Builder **Map Embed** Add an interactive map to any page using the new Map section type. Great for facility pages, directions, or coaches with multiple locations. **Per-Page SEO Controls** You can now set a custom meta title and description on any individual website page, giving you full control over how each page appears in search results and when shared on social media. Find it in the page settings when editing any page. *** ## Scheduling **Skip or Edit Past Recurring Occurrences** Coaches can now skip or modify individual past occurrences in a recurring booking series without affecting future sessions — useful for correcting historical records without disrupting upcoming bookings. **Clearer Credit Messaging** Athletes now see a clear explanation in the booking flow when they have credits but those credits aren't valid for the selected scheduler, reducing confusion and inbound questions around credit eligibility. **Calendar Defaults to First Available Date** The booking calendar now opens to the month containing your next available slot instead of the current month. Athletes spend less time clicking forward to find open times. *** ## Payments **Subscription Length Controls** You can now define exactly when a subscription ends, directly in the [product builder](/payments/product-builder#subscription-length). Choose from three options: ongoing with no end date (default), automatic cancellation after a set number of billing cycles, or cancellation on a specific calendar date. The initial purchase counts as the first billing cycle. Use billing cycle limits for finite training packages like a 12-week program billed monthly, or set a hard end date for season-based memberships. **Payment Method Reliability** Cards now sync accurately with Stripe, validation catches issues before they reach checkout, and default card selection works correctly throughout the payment flow. **Checkout Matches Your Branding** The checkout experience now respects your athlete portal's dark mode theme for a consistent look end-to-end. **Active/Inactive Payment Method Labels** The payment methods list now uses "Active" and "Inactive" labels instead of "Available," making card status immediately clear at a glance. **Coupon Codes in Embedded Checkout** Athletes can now enter coupon codes directly in the product payment pop-up and embedded checkout — no redirect to a separate page required. Promotions work seamlessly wherever you've embedded a product. **Credits-First Checkout** Athletes with applicable credits no longer see a credit card entry field at checkout. The booking flows straight to credit redemption, eliminating the common scenario where athletes accidentally pay with a card when credits were available. *** ## Power-Ups **User Limit Expansion** Coaches with more than 400 athletes can now unlock additional capacity through a User Limit Expansion Power-Up. Reach out to the team to get set up. *** ## Bug Fixes & Stability We shipped 55+ fixes this cycle across credits, scheduling, payments, automations, forms, the website builder, and the native app. ## Website Builder **AI-Powered Sections** Your website builder now uses AI to generate complete sections from a text prompt. Describe what you need — a testimonials grid, a pricing table, a team showcase — and AI builds it for you. No more starting from a blank canvas or tweaking templates to fit your brand. **Connected Scheduling & Checkout** Schedulers and products now embed directly into your website as native sections. Athletes can browse sessions, book, and purchase without ever leaving your site. Rolling out now across all CoachIQ websites. *** ## Scheduling **Reschedule & Cancellation Controls** Two new permission toggles in your [scheduler settings](/scheduling/scheduler-settings-limits-and-permissions) give you full control over athlete rescheduling: * **Allow athletes to reschedule** — Enable or disable athlete-initiated rescheduling per scheduler. Useful for locking in camps, evaluations, or any session type where changes shouldn't be allowed after booking. * **Block rescheduling within cancellation window** — Prevents athletes from rescheduling once they're inside the cancellation notice window, closing the loophole where a reschedule could bypass your cancellation policy and leave you with an unfillable slot. *** ## Payments **Waiver Management & Compliance Tracking** A brand new [Waivers tool](/payments/checkout-terms-waivers) gives you centralized control over liability waivers and terms: * **Create and manage waivers** from Tools → Waivers with a label, URL, and active/archived status * **Attach waivers to products** — require agreement at checkout before purchase * **Attach waivers to forms** — add a waiver checkbox to any registration or intake form * **Compliance Report** — see exactly who has accepted and who's missing, filter by status, and export to CSV for your records No more guessing who signed what. Every acceptance is logged with the client, date, and method (purchase or form). **Updated Billing Page** The [billing page](/help-center/payments/update-payment-method) has a refreshed design. Coaches can now update their card on file, view all past invoices, and download receipts — all from Settings → Billing. *** ## Subscriptions **Unsynced Subscription Filter** A new [Unsynced filter](/payments/subscriptions-dashboard#check-for-unsynced-subscriptions) on the Subscriptions dashboard lets you quickly find subscriptions that aren't connected to Stripe. Essential for catching billing gaps after transfers or bulk imports. ## Payments **Purchase Limits** You can now set purchase limits on products like camp registrations and training packages. Cap the number of available spots so products automatically stop selling once they're full — no more manually tracking inventory or turning athletes away. *** ## People & Staff **Staff Role Permissions** Coaches and staff members now have role-based access restrictions across the admin dashboard. Assign the Coach role to limit what staff can see and edit, keeping sensitive business data visible only to admins. *** ## Inbox **Reminders Separated from Messages** System reminders (booking confirmations, session alerts) now appear separately from athlete conversations in your [inbox](/inbox/inbox-overview). No more real messages getting buried under automated notifications. *** ## Bug Fixes & Stability We shipped 25+ bug fixes this month across the platform: * **Credits** — Fixed issues with credit awarding, deductions, refunds, expiration display, and duplicate credit banks * **Scheduling** — Resolved bugs with athlete cancellations, availability display, time slot population, and the calendar "Upcoming" tab * **Native App** — Fixed login crashes, UI cutoff issues, and message creation errors * **Inbox** — Fixed iOS search crash and native filter display * **Website Builder** — Resolved publishing, form integration, product display, and live site sync issues * **Login** — Fixed a loop where the Continue button redirected back to the login screen ## Athlete Portal **Hidden Products for Paywalls** You can now use [hidden products](/athlete-portal/hidden-products-paywall) to control paywall access without exposing every pricing option to athletes. Hidden products unlock paywalled pages just like visible ones, but they never appear on the athlete-facing purchase screen. This opens up powerful use cases: * **Grandfathered pricing** — Raise your rates without affecting existing subscribers. Hide the old-rate product so new athletes only see current pricing. * **Invite-only access** — Restrict your app to a select group (travel teams, VIP athletes, tryout groups) without the product being publicly available. * **Complimentary memberships** — Grant free or discounted access to staff, scholarship athletes, or partners without a visible \$0 option. Configure hidden products at App Builder → Settings → Pages Paywall → Hidden Products. ## Scheduling **Athlete Check-In** Track attendance by [checking in athletes](/scheduling/checking-in-athletes) when they arrive for sessions. Click any booking on your calendar to see the participant list, then click the checkmark next to each athlete to mark them as checked in. * Check-in timestamps are saved to each booking * View check-in data in calendar list view or on client profiles * Check-in data exports with your scheduling data * Easily undo accidental check-ins with one click ## Automations: Major Upgrade We shipped a significant update to [Automations](/automations/what-are-automations) this month, giving you more power to automate your business workflows. ### New Features **Session Notes & Custom Fields in Automations** You can now include session notes and athlete [custom fields](/people/adding-editing-clients#adding-custom-fields) (like skill level, position, or training focus) in your automated messages. Perfect for sending personalized session reminders with context about each athlete. **Booking Notes** Add notes to individual sessions or entire recurring booking series. Great for tracking athlete-specific information, session goals, or occurrence-specific details. Notes are visible from your [calendar](/scheduling/calendar-overview-and-navigation) and can be used in automations. **Wait/Delay Actions** Create timed sequences in your automations. For example: send a welcome email immediately, then follow up with a training tips message 3 days later. Notes can be added when creating a booking or [edited afterward](/scheduling/editing-rescheduling-bookings). This opens up powerful integrations - for example, when a lead comes in from Facebook Ads, you can automatically populate custom fields like "source: FB Ads" or UTM campaign data directly into athlete profiles. **Tags via API** Add and remove [tags](/people/tags-filters) from athlete profiles through external systems. Combined with custom fields, this enables fully automated lead tracking and segmentation from your marketing tools. **Phone Number Import Fix** Fixed an issue with adding phone numbers via N8N and other integration tools. *** ## Payments & Transactions **Transaction Sync Improvements** Resolved issues where recent [transactions](/payments/transactions) weren't displaying correctly between Stripe and CoachIQ. Your transaction history now stays in sync reliably. **Rollover Credits Fix** Fixed an issue where [rollover credits](/scheduling/recurring-credit-memberships) were being granted even when the subscription was configured not to allow them. *** ## Scheduling **Booking Error Fix** Resolved an issue where athletes were receiving "another athlete booked" errors when trying to complete checkout, even when the session was available. **Reminder Message Fix** Fixed an issue where athletes were receiving reminder messages that didn't match the [scheduler's configured reminder settings](/scheduling/advanced-scheduler-settings). *** ## Native App (iOS & Android) We shipped several important fixes to improve the mobile experience this month. **Inbox Fix** Fixed an issue where user names were displaying as the admin's name in inbox conversations. *** ## Notifications **Delivery Fix** Resolved an issue affecting notification delivery for some organizations. All athletes should now receive their booking confirmations, reminders, and [announcements](/inbox/announcements) reliably. *** ## Video & Media **Video Encoder Update** Updated the video encoding system to improve reliability when processing uploaded content. Videos should now process more consistently across all formats. **Program Video Playback** Fixed an issue where some videos weren't playing within [programs](/content/programs-overview), even though they worked in the [Media Hub](/content/media-overview). *** ## Website Builder **Blog Improvements** * Removed featured image duplication (now only shows on blog list, not individual posts) * Fixed YouTube video embeds that had stopped working *** ## Athlete Portal **Access Fix** Resolved an issue where some athletes were unable to access the [athlete portal](/athlete-portal/understanding-your-athlete-portal) and were seeing an error screen instead. *** ## iOS Specific **Scroll Fix** Fixed a UX issue on iOS where scrolling behavior wasn't working correctly in certain views.
