Downloading media from your CoachIQ platform is a straightforward process that enables you to save videos directly to your device for offline viewing or backup purposes. This guide provides detailed instructions on how to download media files quickly and efficiently.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Access the Media Hub:
Start by clicking on the 'Media' tab on your CoachIQ dashboard. This tab houses all the media content you've uploaded or have access to.
2. Select the Video:
Navigate through your media library to find the video you wish to download. You can use the search tool if you know the name of the video or simply browse through the listed media.
3. Initiate the Download:
Click on the video to open its viewing page.
Look for the 'Download' option, usually represented by a downward arrow icon or explicitly labeled as 'Download'.
Click on 'Download'. The video will start downloading to your device, typically saved to your default downloads folder.
