My athlete can not sign into his account and keeps getting a message saying his phone is taken. What does this mean and how can I fix it?

To address the issue of a user creating an account with two separate emails and attempting to use the same phone number:

  • Our system only allows one phone number per email.

  • Inform the customer to use a different phone number or log in with their previously used email.

  • Check the "people" section to see where the user added a separate email, as this will be displayed there.

This approach helps identify and resolve the account setup discrepancy.
