Troubleshooting
I don't see the People section in my Business Manager
I don't see the People section in my Business Manager
You likely don’t have Admin permissions on the Business Manager itself. What to do: Contact whoever originally set up your Meta account and ask them to either upgrade you to Admin or add CoachIQ directly. You can also reach out to us and we’ll walk you through it.

A few things to check:
- Verify the email with your CoachIQ account manager (watch for typos)
- Make sure you’re entering it in the People → Add field, not the “Add Partner” field
- The email may already be associated with another Business Manager

- Select your ad account
