How to Guide Users to Reset Their Password

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Access the Athlete Portal:

    • Open the Athlete portal using a web or mobile browser. As a coach please send the athlete portal link or direct them to your website where it is hosted

  2. Navigate to Login/Sign Up:

    • Click on the "Login / Sign Up" button.

  3. Find the Forgot Password Option:

    • Below the login and sign-up options, you will see a large "Forgot Password" call to action. Click on it.

  4. Enter Email Address:

    • Enter the email address associated with the user's account.

  5. Follow Email Instructions:

    • An email with instructions to reset the password will be sent to the provided email address. Follow these instructions to complete the process.

Forgot your password? No worries! Resetting your password in CoachIQ is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to regain access to your account.

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Visit the CoachIQ login page by opening the CoachIQ app or website.

Step 2: Enter Your Registered Email

Enter the email address associated with your CoachIQ account. Make sure it's the same email you used when you signed up.

Step 3: Click on "Forgot Password"

On the next page, you will see a field to enter your password and a "Forgot Password?" call to action. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link.

Step 4: Check Your Email

CoachIQ will send you a password reset link. Open your email inbox, look for an email from CoachIQ Support, and click the link inside. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 5: Create a New Password

Clicking the reset link will take you to a page where you can enter a new password. Make sure to use a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols to keep your account secure.

Step 6: Log In with Your New Password

After setting your new password, return to the login page and use your new credentials to access your CoachIQ account.

Tips for a Secure Password:

  • Use at least 8 characters.

  • Include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters.

  • Add numbers and special characters for extra security.
