The profile sections explained
The client profile organizes everything into three groups of tabs: ACTIVITY (All Activity, Messages, Bookings), PAYMENTS (Credits, Products, Transactions, Subscriptions, Payment Methods), and PROFILE (Family, Notes, Media, Waivers, Block or Remove). Each tab answers a specific question about your relationship with this client. If an Admin blocks a staff member’s Payments pages in Staff Access, the matching Products, Transactions, Subscriptions and Payment Methods tabs hide on client profiles too. Credits always stays visible.
