Update your card on file
Go to Settings → Billing
From your dashboard, click Settings in the bottom-left corner, then select Billing.
Add a new card
In the Card(s) on File section, click Add Card.Enter your new card details:
- Card number
- Expiration date
- CVV
- Billing ZIP code
View and download invoices
Your complete billing history is available directly on the Billing page.Scroll to the Invoices section
Below your card and subscription details, you’ll see a list of all past invoices with the date, amount, and status.

Your new payment method will be charged on your next billing date. Your current billing cycle is not affected.

You’ll receive an email notification if a payment fails. Update your payment method within 7 days to avoid service interruption.

Currently, CoachIQ subscriptions support credit and debit cards only.
