Where to find this: SettingsShared Calendar (organization owner access)
If you run more than one group under the same organization out of the same facility — for example a baseball program and a softball program sharing one building — a booking in one group won’t automatically stop the same time slot from being booked in the other. Shared Calendar links two groups’ calendars so they share busy time.
This is a first version focused on shared-facility conflicts. It links calendars between two groups; it doesn’t yet share resources, staff, or a single combined schedule view.

How it works

Once two groups are linked:
  • A booking in Group A marks that time range as busy on Group B’s calendar, and vice versa
  • This works in both directions
  • Unlinking at any time restores independent, separate calendars for both groups

Linking two groups

1

Open Shared Calendar settings

As an organization owner, go to SettingsShared Calendar.
2

Link the groups

Select the other group in your organization you want to share busy time with, then confirm the link.
3

Unlink if needed

Return to the same settings page at any time to unlink the two groups and restore independent calendars.
