Where to find this: SettingsShared Calendar (organization owner access)
If you run more than one group under the same organization out of the same facility — for example a baseball program and a softball program sharing one building — a booking in one group won’t automatically stop the same time slot from being booked in the other. Shared Calendar links two groups’ calendars so they share busy time.

How it works

Once two groups are linked, busy time is shared in both directions. Unlinking restores independent calendars for both groups. When you link groups, choose how much busy time to share:
  • All busy time — every booking in the linked group blocks the same time range on your calendar (and vice versa).
  • Resources only — both groups share one resource list. Add each court, cage, field, or room once, and a booking in either group blocks that resource for the other. Busy time that has no resource attached stays private, and athlete names from the other group are never shown.
Shared Calendar does not merge staff lists or give you a single combined schedule screen. It only shares busy time between the two groups.

Linking two groups

1

Open Shared Calendar settings

As an organization owner, go to SettingsShared Calendar.
2

Link the groups

Select the other group in your organization you want to share busy time with, then confirm the link.
3

Unlink if needed

Return to the same settings page at any time to unlink the two groups and restore independent calendars.
