How to Set a Redirect Number for Your SMS Business Line on CoachIQ

Setting a redirect number for your SMS business line ensures that calls are forwarded to the desired number. Follow these simple steps to set up call forwarding in CoachIQ:

  1. Access Settings:

    • Log in to your CoachIQ account.

    • Navigate to the Settings section.

  2. Select SMS:

    • In the Settings menu, click on the SMS tab.

  3. Enter Call Forwarding Number:

    • Locate the Call Forwarding Number box.

    • Enter the phone number you want calls to be redirected to.

  4. Save Changes:

    • Click Save to apply the changes.
