1. Log in to CoachIQ: Access your account on the CoachIQ app or website.

2. Navigate to Programs: Click on the "Programs" tab to view all your programs.

3. Select a Program: Choose the program for which you want to change the thumbnail.

4. Go to Share Settings: Within the selected program, click on the "Share" button.

5. Hover Over the Program Thumbnail Area: In the share settings, hover over the current program thumbnail area.

6. Click to Change Thumbnail: Click on the thumbnail area to select a new photo.

7. Choose from Media Center: Select a new photo from your media center to act as the cover photo for your program.

8. Save Changes: After selecting the new thumbnail, click "Save" or "Update Program".

9. Verify Changes: Go back to your website or athlete portal to ensure the new thumbnail is displayed correctly.
