Confirm Business Manager Basics
Log in to .
Ensure your Facebook Page (and Instagram account, if used) is added.
Add a valid payment method in Ad Account Settings.
Tip: Use the same Business Manager for all locations to keep reporting in one place.
Verify Your Website Domain
Navigate to Business Settings → Brand Safety → Domains.
Choose DNS (TXT record), HTML file, or meta‑tag verification.
Verification unlocks Aggregated Event Measurement.
Create a Stape.io Account
Go to and create a free account.
Invite noe@coachiq.io as Admin so our ad engineers can finish the server‑side container.
Grant CoachIQ Partner Access ()
Business Settings → Users → Partners → Give a partner access.
Enter partner ID 1660144381172263 or invite noe@coachiq.io.
Toggle Full Control for your Ad Account, Pixel, Page, Instagram Account, and Custom Conversions.
Record Your Ad Video
We’ll email a <30‑second script.
Film vertically (1080×1920), good lighting, energetic delivery.
Upload to Drive or Dropbox and share the link.
Book the Funnel & CRM Kick‑Off Call

Open Meta Business Suite
From your regular Facebook feed, click Meta Business Suite in the left‑hand menu.
(If you manage multiple businesses, choose the correct one from the dropdown.)
Access Business Suite Settings
Scroll to the bottom of the sidebar and click the cog icon (⚙︎).
This opens Business Suite Settings.
Select “Partners”
At the top of the left‑hand settings panel you’ll see user categories (People, Partners, System Users, etc.).
Click Partners.
Add a New Partner
Click the blue Add button.
Choose Give a partner access to your assets.
Enter the Partner’s Business ID
In the pop‑up, paste your partner’s Business Manager ID.
If you’re adding CoachIQ, use 1660144381172263 or simply invite noe@coachiq.io.
(You can find your own Business ID under Business Info at the bottom of the settings panel.)
Set Permissions
Toggle the required asset permissions (Ad Account, Pixel, Page, Instagram, Custom Conversions).
We recommend Full Control so CoachIQ can manage and optimize without bottlenecks—agree on the scope with your partner first.
That’s it! Your partner now appears in the Partners list, and you can modify permissions any time.
