Setting the correct currency in CoachIQ is essential for managing payments, subscriptions, and financial records. This guide will walk you through the steps to select or update your currency in the platform.

Steps to Set or Change Your Currency

Access Settings

  • Navigate to the Settings option located in the bottom-left corner of your screen.

Select Organization Settings

  • Within Settings, click on the Organization tab. This section contains all your organization-wide configuration options.

Choose Your Currency

  • In the Organization settings, look for the Currency field.

  • Select your preferred currency from the following supported options:

    • USD (US Dollar)

    • AUD (Australian Dollar)

    • CAD (Canadian Dollar)

    • EUR (Euro)

    • GBP (British Pound)

  • Confirm your selection to apply it across your entire application.

Important Notes

  • Single Currency Only: You can only set one currency for your entire application. Multiple currencies are not supported.

  • Organization-Wide Impact: Changing the currency will affect all payments and pricing within your account.
