CoachIQ’s credit system allows athletes to book training sessions based on their membership plan. This guide explains how credits function, how they are assigned to memberships, and how coaches can manage them efficiently.
When an athlete purchases a membership, they receive a designated number of credits to use for booking training sessions.
For example:
If an athlete buys the Baby Buckets membership, they receive four credits.
These credits are stored in their profile and can be redeemed via the Sessions tab in their member profile.
Tracks athlete session usage: Ensures members don’t overuse their memberships.
Manages business operations efficiently: Provides an organized system for tracking sessions.
Prevents misuse: Ensures fair usage based on membership limits.
Coaches configure credits in the Payment tab by creating memberships or one-off sessions. This section allows you to define the number of credits assigned to each membership package.
To set up credits for a membership:
Navigate to the Membership Settings
Select the membership product (e.g., Baby Buckets)
Scroll down to Add credits once purchased
Enter the number of credits allotted for this membership
CoachIQ offers flexible settings for credit management, including:
Expiration Policies: Set unused credits to expire based on the subscription cycle.
Unlimited Credits: Enable unlimited usage for premium memberships.
Usage Limits: Restrict credits to specific session types.
Custom Credit Allocation: Assign different credit amounts to various session types within a package.
Each session has a defined credit cost. For example, a training session may require one credit for booking.
In the People tab, coaches can:
Monitor athlete balances: View how many credits each athlete has.
Track credit usage: See where credits have been spent.
Manually adjust balances: Add or remove credits for edge cases, such as cash payments or special adjustments.
