Setting a redirect number for your SMS business line ensures that calls are forwarded to the desired number. Follow these simple steps to set up call forwarding in CoachIQ:
Access Settings:
Log in to your CoachIQ account.
Navigate to the Settings section.
Select SMS:
In the Settings menu, click on the SMS tab.
Enter Call Forwarding Number:
Locate the Call Forwarding Number box.
Enter the phone number you want calls to be redirected to.
Save Changes:
Click Save to apply the changes.
By following these steps, your SMS business line calls will be redirected to the specified number.
