To ensure your personalized iOS app remains updated and compliant with Apple's requirements, you must periodically accept new terms and conditions via your Apple Developer account. Failing to do so can prevent us from applying necessary updates to your app. Please follow the steps below to update your terms and conditions:
Visit .
Enter your Apple ID and password.
Click Sign In
to access your account.
Once logged in, check the top of the page for any notifications. Apple will typically alert you here if there are terms and conditions that need your review.
If there is a notification regarding new terms and conditions, click on it to proceed.
Read through the terms and conditions carefully to understand any changes or requirements.
Scroll to the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You will find an acceptance checkbox or button. Check the box or click the button to agree to the new terms and conditions.
Confirm your acceptance by clicking Submit

After accepting the terms and conditions, you should see a confirmation message from Apple acknowledging your acceptance.
You can view agreement terms, statuses, and expiration dates, as well as enter missing information and download PDF copies.
The agreement status indicates whether your agreement is active or if it needs your attention.
On the Agreements tab, find the agreement you want to view. The status appears in the corresponding row.

Description
New
The agreement has not been signed.
Pending User Info
You’ve signed an agreement, but it’s not in effect because you haven’t finished providing required information.
Processing
You’ve provided all the information and we’re reviewing your agreement.
Verifying
You’ve provided additional information about the legal entity associated with the agreement and the details are being reviewed.
Active
The agreement is in effect.
Active (Pending User)
The agreement is in effect, but you haven’t finished providing required information.
Active (New Agreement Available)
A new version of the existing active agreement is available for you to sign.
Pending (New Legal Entity)
You’ve made changes to your legal entity and you're required to sign a new contract using the updated legal entity.
Pending (Update Legal Entity)
You’ve made changes to your legal entity and new banking and/or tax forms are required.
Pending (New Agreement Available)
A new version of the existing pending agreement is available for you to sign.
Expired
The agreement has expired.
Disabled
The Agreement is disabled, and your app is removed from the App Store until you provide the required information and the information is accepted by Apple.
Required role: Account Holder, Admin, or Finance.
