Keeping your billing information up to date in CoachIQ ensures seamless transactions for your coaching services. This guide walks you through managing your saved cards and updating your billing details.
Navigate to Your Settings
Log in to your CoachIQ account.
Click on the Settings option in your profile menu.
Access the Billing Section
Within Settings, select Billing from the menu options.
Manage Your Card Information Once you’re in the Billing section, you can:
View Your Saved Card: Review the card currently on file.
Remove the Existing Card: Click the Delete button to remove a card.
Add a New Card: Select Add Card on File and enter the new card details.
A: Currently, CoachIQ allows one card on file at a time.
A: Ensure the card details are correct and that the card is active. Contact support if the issue persists.
A: After adding or updating your card, CoachIQ will display a confirmation message in the Billing section.
Managing your billing information in CoachIQ is quick and straightforward. Keeping your payment details updated ensures uninterrupted access to all features and services.
