Sharing Programs Privately

Overview

This document explains how to share programs privately with specific users in CoachIQ.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to Programs

   • Click on "Programs" in the main menu

   • Select "Your Programs"

2. Access Program Settings

   • Click on the specific program you want to share

   • Locate and click on "Share Settings"

3. Enable Private Sharing

   • Find the "Private Programs" toggle

   • Switch the toggle to the "On" position

4. Add Users

   • In the user field, type the name or username of the person you want to share with

   • To add multiple users, continue typing names and selecting them

5. Save Changes

   • Click the "Save" button to apply your changes

6. Manage Shared Users

   • To remove access, select the user and delete their name from the field

   • Re-save your changes after any modifications

Troubleshooting

If a user reports not seeing a shared program:

• Verify the correct username was entered

• Ensure the changes were saved
