How to Share Domain Access with CoachIQ

To ensure smooth integration and management of your domain with CoachIQ, you’ll need to provide our team with the appropriate access. Below are the steps for sharing access through GoDaddy, Squarespace, Bluehost, and Namecheap.

GoDaddy: Grant Delegate Access

If your domain is registered with GoDaddy, follow these steps to grant access:

1. Log in to your GoDaddy Account.

2. Invite a Delegate:

   • Go to your account settings and find the "Delegate Access" section.

   • Click on "Invite to Access" and enter [e-mail] as the delegate email.

3. Follow the Prompts: Complete the process by following the on-screen instructions.

Squarespace (and Old Google Domains): Add CoachIQ as a Contributor

If you’re using Squarespace or the old Google Domains managed through Squarespace:

1. Log in to your Squarespace Account.

2. Navigate to Permissions & Ownership:

   • Go to the "Settings" and then "Permissions & Ownership" section.

   • Select "Invite Contributor" and enter [e-mail].

3. Assign Permissions: Choose the appropriate permissions level for the CoachIQ team.

Bluehost: Share Access with CoachIQ

To share your domain access on Bluehost:

1. Log in to your Bluehost Account.

2. Manage Users:

   • Go to the "Account Settings" and then to the "Users & Permissions" section.

   • Click on "Add User" and input [e-mail] as the email.

3. Set Permissions: Assign the necessary permissions for domain management.

Namecheap: Share Access with CoachIQ

For domains managed with Namecheap:

1. Log in to your Namecheap Account.

2. Find User Management:

   • Go to your "Account" and select "Manage Users".

   • Enter [e-mail] under the "Invite User" section.

3. Assign Roles: Set the appropriate permissions for the CoachIQ team.
