CoachIQ is excited to announce our new integration with Zapier, allowing you to connect CoachIQ with thousands of other apps to automate your workflow. This integration empowers sports coaches to streamline their business operations and save valuable time.

Getting Started

To access the CoachIQ Zapier integration, use this invite link:

Add API keys and Group ID

Zapier will ask for an API key and Group ID. Please go to your settings and click "API keys" to access the necessary information.

Available Triggers

CoachIQ offers the following Zapier triggers:

  1. New Booking (Instant): Triggers when a new booking is created.

  2. New Form (Instant): Triggers when a new form is created.

  3. New Purchase (Instant): Triggers when a new purchase is created.

  4. New User (Instant): Triggers when a new user is created.

These instant triggers allow you to set up real-time automations based on activities within your CoachIQ account.

Available Actions

CoachIQ provides the following Zapier actions:

  1. Create User: Creates a new user in your CoachIQ account.

  2. Send an Announcement: Sends a CoachIQ Announcement message using the user's email address or phone number.

  3. Send an In-App message: Sends a CoachIQ In-App message using the user's email address or phone number.

  4. Send an SMS message: Sends an SMS message using the user's email address or phone number.

Use Cases

Here are some examples of how you can use the CoachIQ Zapier integration:

  1. Automatically add new clients to your email marketing list when they book a session.

  2. Send a welcome SMS to new users as soon as they sign up.

  3. Create tasks in your project management tool when new forms are submitted.

  4. Log new purchases in your accounting software for easy tracking.

Setting Up Your First Zap

  1. Log in to your Zapier account and click "Create Zap."

  2. Choose CoachIQ as your trigger app and select the desired trigger event.

  3. Connect your CoachIQ account to Zapier if you haven't already.

  4. Choose the action app and event you want to occur when the trigger is activated.

  5. Set up the details of your action and test your Zap.

  6. Turn on your Zap and watch your coaching business become more efficient!
