Use Cases:
This feature is excellent for storing notes, additional data, and keeping customer information organized.
Unlimited Fields:
There is no limit to the number of custom fields you can add.
Skill Level: By creating a "Skill Level" custom field, coaches can easily track and categorize athletes based on their current abilities. This allows for more tailored training programs that match each athlete's skill set.
Example: Coach John can label an athlete as "Beginner," "Intermediate," or "Advanced," ensuring that training sessions are appropriately challenging and beneficial.
Performance Metrics: Coaches can add custom fields like "Personal Best," "Weekly Goals," or "Progress Notes" to monitor the development of their athletes over time.
Example: Coach Sarah can record that an athlete has improved their 100m sprint time from 12.5 seconds to 12.2 seconds, helping to motivate the athlete and inform future training adjustments.
Injury History: Keeping track of any past injuries with a "Injury History" custom field can help in designing safe training routines that avoid aggravating previous injuries.
Example: Coach Mike can note that an athlete had a hamstring injury in the past and ensure that their training includes adequate warm-ups and specific exercises to strengthen that area.
Parent Contact Info: For younger athletes, having a "Parent Contact Info" field ensures that coaches can quickly get in touch with parents when necessary.
Example: Coach Emma can promptly reach out to parents to discuss an athlete's progress or to notify them of schedule changes.
Preferred Training Times: A field for "Preferred Training Times" allows coaches to schedule sessions that fit well with the athlete’s availability, increasing attendance and commitment.
Example: Coach Alex knows that Athlete Jane prefers morning sessions, making it easier to schedule consistent training times.
This system allows you to customize and organize customer data efficiently within Coach IQ, leading to more personalized, effective, and safe coaching for your athletes.
