To address the issue of a user creating an account with two separate emails and attempting to use the same phone number:
Our system only allows one phone number per email.
Inform the customer to use a different phone number or log in with their previously used email.
Check the "people" section to see where the user added a separate email, as this will be displayed there.
This approach helps identify and resolve the account setup discrepancy.
