Updating User / Admin Info

This guide explains how to update your email and other personal information as an admin on CoachIQ. Follow the steps below to ensure your profile is always up-to-date.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Accessing the Settings

  1. Log in to CoachIQ: Use your admin credentials to log into your CoachIQ account.

  2. Navigate to Settings: On the left-hand sidebar, locate and click on the "Settings" option. It is found under the "Manage" section.

Updating Account Information

  1. Go to Account Settings:

    • Within the Settings page, select "Account" from the list of options. This section allows you to update your personal information.

  1. Edit Your Details:

    • Profile Picture: Click on "Upload photo" to add or change your profile picture.

    • First Name: Enter your first name in the "First name" field.

    • Last Name: Enter your last name in the "Last name" field.

    • Email: Update your email address in the "Email" field. Ensure it is an active email that you can access.

    • Phone Number: Enter your phone number in the "Phone number" field. Include the country code if necessary.

Saving Changes

  1. Save Your Updates:

    • Once all your information is updated, click on the "Save Changes" button located at the bottom of the form.

    • A confirmation message will appear to verify that your changes have been successfully saved.
